The Goal is seeking a Senior .NET Developer for one of the top systems integrators in the country supporting the C.D.C. (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) in Atlanta.
You will work as a subject matter expert and full stack .NET developer responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft .NET Web-based applications, solutions, and capabilities for clients with the federal government. You will be responsible to work with clients and stakeholders to analyze business and enterprise requirements and participate in making strategic design and architectural decisions. You are expected to perform in a leadership role on a team across the software development life cycle, including requirements, design, implementation, and deployment. Must follow and adapt approved life cycle methodologies to project needs, create design documents, and perform program coding and unit testing. Ability to develop strategies to create better collaboration between developer, testers, project managers, and users while using development methods and automated practices. Willingness to leverage experience and judgment to resolve technical issues and to plan and accomplish goals related to the overall success of the program and apply a wide degree of creativity and latitude in disseminating tasks to team for execution.

Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience with SQL and Web application development
-8+ years of experience with ASP.NET, MVC, or Web forms development
-Experience with systems integration
-Knowledge of Visual Studio 2015 and 2013, SQL Server Management Studio 2012, and Team Foundation Server 2013 and 2012
-Knowledge of JavaScript, including jQuery, jQuery UI, AngularJS, NodeJS, and Entity Framework
-Knowledge of source control and Agile development
-Ability to mentor junior developers
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience with consulting or federal IT
-Experience with C# preferred
-Experience with surveillance systems development
-Experience with writing whitepapers
-Knowledge of health IT, GIS, and Web API
-Knowledge of mobile development, including Xamarin, native Android and iOS, and Azure Mobile Services
-Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, EPLC, ReSharper, NUnit, NLog, and JSON
-Ability to communicate complex technical concepts
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent estimation skills
-BS degree in CS or a technical field preferred
-Active Microsoft Certifications a plus
