The disciplines will be documented on each placement record in Bullhorn. The "Power Play Commission" will be paid quarterly in the first full pay period following the quarter end.

"RACE TO 10K"
At any given time, there are two races underway (one for sales and one for recruiting). The first 3 Goalies to increase their weekly spread by 10k scores a bonus. Lastly, bonuses will be paid as cash, stock award, or a combination of both.

PHANTOM STOCK PLAN: Details
A "Phantom Stock Plan" is an employee benefit plan that gives employees a cash payment based upon the underlying valuation and stock price of the company over a vesting period.
WHAT IS THE VESTING PERIOD?
The phantom stock awards will vest 25% per year over a 4 year period.
HOW IS THE STOCK VALUED?
The stock priced will be based on the overall company performance, growth and profitability.
HOW DO I EARN PHANTOM STOCK AWARDS IN 2019?
This is based on your role, performance and weekly spread over the year.
WHEN WILL THIS BE PAID?
The stock award will be paid out as the shares vest. The vested portion of the award will be paid out within 60 days of the end of the quarter in which the vesting date occurred. The stock award will be paid out at the most recent stock price

*If prior year average weekly spread is less than 10k then the stock award would be the current year average weekly spread less 10k

Average above 25k in weekly spread
STOCK AWARD CALCULATION:
(50% of Average Weekly Spread) +/- (year-over-year increase/decrease)
SVP of Sales/Recruiting
